Serum in 2 vials (Clinical Details in specified format, Maternal TRF [Height, B.P. (Right & Left arm), Uterine arterial pressure: Pulsatility Index (Righ & Left) - Mandatory]. Obstetric USG Report between 10 to 13 weeks of gestation+Date of collection) along with patient specifications Mandatory Serum [Samples should not be taken from patients receiving therapy with high biotin doses (i.e. > 5 mg/day) until at least 8 hours following the last biotin administration]
