"Clinical Details in specified format, Date of sample collection, Maternal Date of Birth, Maternal Weight, Maternal Race, Maternal H/O Type I Diabetes Mellitus + Obstetric USG Report between 15 to 22.6 weeks of gestation. In case of twin pregnancy, Chorionicity status (Monochorionic,Monoamniotic/Monochorionic, Diaamniotic/Diachorionic or other) are mandatory."
