Dengue IgM Antibody Test

The Dengue IgM test is a blood test used to detect the presence of IgM Abs in the serum that are produced by the body in response to a dengue virus infection.

It helps in diagnosing a recent dengue infection, typically within the first week or two of symptom onset. IgM usually appears within 4-5 days after the onset of symptoms and can remain detectable for up to 2-3 months.
