CD43,IHC, TISSUE

CD43 is a marker expressed on T-cells, B-cells, and certain myeloid cells. This test is used in diagnosing T-cell lymphomas and leukemias, as well as in distinguishing between different types of hematologic cancers. It is also important in identifying reactive lymphoid proliferations.
