This blood test measures the presence and levels of antibodies against the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSH receptor) in the blood. These antibodies play a key role in certain thyroid diseases.

What Are TSH Receptor Antibodies?

• The thyroid gland has receptors for TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone), which regulates thyroid hormone production.
