It typically covers EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF, MET, RET, ERBB2/HER2, KRAS and NTRK1/2/3, alongside other actionable or resistance‑associated genes, using NGS to report SNVs, INDELs, CNVs, and fusions from tumor tissue.
