The Anti-GBM Antibodies test detects antibodies targeting the glomerular basement membrane, which may cause conditions like Goodpasture syndrome, leading to kidney and lung damage.
Patients presenting with rapidly progressing glomerulonephritis, hematuria, or pulmonary hemorrhage should take this test.
