Risk assessment is calculated between gestation 11-14.1 weeks in first trimester. Referring physicians name, contact detail and duly filled Maternal consent form is mandatory (Maternal Date of Birth,Maternal Weight, Maternal Race, duplicate readings of blood pressure for both arms, left and right pulsatility index (UTPI),Maternal H/O Type I Diabetes Mellitus + Obstetric USG Report between 11 to 13.6 weeks of gestation+Date of collection).
