Risk assessment is calculated between gestation 11-14.1 weeks in first trimester, 19 - 24.6 weeks in second trimester and 30 - 36.6 in third trimester. Referring physicians name, contact detail and duly filled Maternal consent form is mandatory (Maternal Date of Birth,Maternal Weight, Maternal Race, duplicate readings of blood pressure for both arms, left and right pulsatility index (UTPI),Maternal H/O Type I Diabetes Mellitus + Latest obstetric USG Report+Date of collection).
